If patients speak Spanish as their first language and would prefer to check-in at a Kiosk in Spanish, patients now have the ability to translate the entire check-in kiosk to help them have a more convenient patient experience.
You can help patients translate the kiosk by having them click on the green "Click acqi para Espanol" button present on the Check-In kiosk homepage to instantly translate each screen into Spanish
Patients can then complete the check-in process and continue on with their visit normally.
NOTE: Patients will receive all followup text messages translated into Spanish as well so that they can provide feedback to the unit or use their QR code for future visits.
