If there are PATIENTS WAITING BEFORE OPENING, what is the best way to proceed?

Direct the patients to one of theCheck-In Kiosks to check-in in the same order that they were in line. (Try to note the order of Patients prior to opening in order to maintain the order of the line prior to opening). You may also check patients in from the Queue Manager to expedite this process.
