When Do I Contact Akido Support?
Contact Akido support if the following issues occur:
Kiosk and Provider iPads
- iPad (kiosk or provider) won’t turn on
- iPad screen goes completely black and is unresponsive
- iPad keyboard freezes for more than 15 seconds
- iPad is using an app other than the Kiosk or provider queue (e.g. browsing the web)
- iPad (kiosk or provider) is unable to connect to the internet
- iPad is set to the wrong location
- iPads have a software bug (something not working as expected)
Queue Manager
- Staff is unable to register, room, or discharge patients through the Queue Manager
- You are unable to login to your Queue Manager account
- Queue Manager is completely unresponsive
How Do I Contact Akido Support?
You may either (1) submit a ticket through the Queue Manager (see below) or (2) find the Help Desk link in your employee portal (see the white "A" in the blue box).
