What do we do if the patient receiving care is different from the one who checked in (i.e. parent and child)?

In the event that a parent or another guardian figure uses their information to check-in for another patient, there is no need to change the name of the patient in the Queue Manager, although the correct patient should be entered into Sorian/Cerner.
