How Often Do I Need to Respond to Referrals?

Referrals must be acted upon 48 hours.
3 attempts, at different times of the day, must be made to the referred participant before closing the referral.
Changing the status of the referral will help you track how many times you have attempted contact.
If you did not contact the participant, please cancel the referral.
