Managing incoming referrals, step by step:
There will be 1-2 people appointed to manage incoming referrals for your program, but all staff can see referrals. Email notifications are configured to notify these users when a new referral is received.
1. Navigate to your “Incoming Referral” tab to view your incoming queue
2. Click “View Details” to see who referred the participants and any notes provided.
3. Attempt outreach out to the participant using the contact information available in the referrals.
4. Document the outcome of the contact but updating:
- Status (use the table above)
- Sub-status (use the table above)
- Add a note
5. Click “Save”
