When Do I Need to Complete Intake?

Intake is the new check-in process for the Health Department so participants must be entered into the ISC at each visit. This allows us to track the number of participants your program sees and notify staff when a participant’s referral was successful. 

If the participant has been seen in the last 90 days, they will not need to do health screening so the ISC should take less than 1-minute.
