Starting a new intake for a new or returning participant, navigate to the “Participant” tab and click “Add Record” on the right. |

Health screening is only required every 90 days. After you submit the intake form, the ISC will notify you whether a health screening is due. |

Always remember to have a conversation with your participant about what referrals may be beneficial for them before referring. Remember to add a note before you send the referral! |
